What happens after the trial?
After 14 days, choose a plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only — no data is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing page. Changes take effect immediately.
Is my data secure?
Documents are stored encrypted in AWS S3. PII is permanently removed during redaction — it cannot be recovered from published documents. All connections use TLS.
What counts as a "document"?
Each uploaded PDF counts as one document. Uploading a new version of the same category creates a new document. Deleted documents do not count toward your limit.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Upload a PDF, review the redaction, and publish. The embeddable widget is one line of code for your webmaster, but the core workflow requires no technical knowledge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page. Your data remains accessible in read-only mode through the end of your billing period.
